FluentCRM Integration — The Pointless POS WordPress plugin includes FluentCRM, a full-featured CRM and email marketing platform. Use it to segment customers by purchase behavior, send targeted campaigns, set up automated drip sequences, and track engagement without needing a separate marketing service.

Deep Link Onboarding — Pointless POS supports URL-based deep links that let you pre-configure onboarding flows for new customers, staff, or locations. These links can carry parameters for customer IDs, location codes, loyalty enrollment, and more — making it easy to drop customers into exactly the right experience from an email, QR code, or landing page.
