Pointless POS Merchant Portal
Welcome to the Pointless POS Merchant Portal — your central hub for monitoring payment transactions, reviewing batch activity, and reconciling daily sales for your locations.
This documentation covers everything you need to get started and get the most out of the portal.
What is the Merchant Portal?
The Merchant Portal gives you real-time visibility into your payment processing activity. Whether you operate a single location or multiple sites, the portal brings all of your transaction data into one place so you can:
- Monitor daily sales and batch totals across all your locations
- Search and export transaction records directly from Datacap
- Review open and closed batches
- Reconcile Datacap transactions against your POS records
- Generate daily financial summaries for your accounting workflow
Getting Started
Signing In
- Navigate to your portal URL
- Enter your username and password
- A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered phone number
- Enter the code to complete sign-in
- Optionally check Remember this device for 15 days to skip the verification step on future logins from the same device
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your password:
- Click Forgot password? below the Sign In button
- Enter your username
- A reset code will be sent to your phone number on file
- Enter the reset code and your new password
- You'll be redirected back to sign in automatically
note
Password reset requires a phone number on file. If you don't have one set up, contact your administrator.
Navigation
The portal has four main sections accessible from the left navigation:

| Batches | Full list of batches with filtering, sync, and reconciliation tools |
| Transactions | Live transaction lookup directly from Datacap |
| Financials | Daily QB summaries by ZRun (if configured for your account) |
