Your Account
Your account gives you access to the locations and data assigned to you by your administrator. The level of access you have depends on your role.
Roles
| Role | Access Level |
|---|---|
| Merchant Admin | Full access to your account's locations, batches, transactions, and financials. Can manage users within your account. |
| Merchant Staff | View-only access to your account's locations, batches, and transactions. |
Signing Out
To sign out of the portal click your name or the logout option in the navigation. Signing out revokes your trusted device session on the server so the device will require verification on the next login.
Trusted Devices
When you sign in and check Remember this device for 15 days, the portal stores a secure token on your device. For the next 15 days, signing in from that device will skip the SMS verification step and go straight to the dashboard after entering your username and password.
Trusted device sessions are automatically revoked when you:
- Sign out manually
- Reset your password
After 15 days the device will require SMS verification again.
SMS Verification
The portal uses SMS-based two-factor authentication for every login from an unrecognized device. Make sure your phone number is kept up to date — contact your administrator if you need to update it.
Password Requirements
When setting or changing your password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Can be changed via the Forgot password? flow on the login page
- After a password reset, all existing trusted devices are revoked and you'll need to verify via SMS on next login from each device
