Lesson Scheduling — Staff Calendar

The Staff Calendar tab provides a day or week view of all generated lesson slots. Use it to assign instructors, remove assignments, and change slot status.

  • Toggle between Day and Week view using the view mode buttons at the top.
  • Navigate forward and backward using the chevron buttons.
  • Click Today to jump to the current date.
  • Use the date input to jump to any specific date.

Slot Details​

Each slot row displays:

  • Time — The lesson start time in shop-local time.
  • Offering — The lesson name and duration (e.g., "Golf Lesson · 60 min").
  • Fill Count — Booked participants out of effective capacity (e.g., "2 / 4 booked").
  • Instructors — Assigned instructors shown as removable chips.
  • Status — Current slot status: Open, Closed, or Cancelled.

Assigning an Instructor​

  1. Find the slot on the calendar.
  2. In the assign instructor row, select an unassigned instructor from the dropdown.
  3. Click Add to assign them to the slot.

Removing an Instructor​

Click the close icon on the instructor chip to remove them from the slot.

Changing Slot Status​

Use the status dropdown on any slot to change its state:

StatusMeaning
OpenSlot is available for customer booking.
ClosedSlot is no longer accepting new bookings.
CancelledSlot has been cancelled entirely.

Changes are saved immediately.

No Slots Displayed​

If no slots appear for a given date or week, run slot generation first. See Admin Setup for instructions.
