Authorizations and Access

The Authorizations and Access panel provides three entry points for managing who can do what in the system.

User Types​

Define user roles and the granular permissions each role has. User types control the entire user experience — what buttons are visible, what data is accessible, and what actions are allowed.

Function Groups​

Define groups of buttons and actions that appear in toolbar positions. Function groups determine which operations are quickly accessible from the main interface.
