User Preferences

User Preferences lets you set personal options for how you receive notifications, how the app looks, and your display PIN. Access it from the user menu or profile settings.

Communication Preference

Choose how the system contacts you:

  • SMS — Receive messages via text.
  • Email — Receive messages via email.

This applies to order notifications, OTPs, and other transactional messages.

Display PIN

Set a short PIN used for verbal confirmation at the counter. For example, a cashier might read back the PIN to confirm your identity before releasing an order.

Preferences Available to Staff

Staff users (employees, managers, admins) see additional settings:

Site Communication Policies

A link to your organization's communication policies is shown at the top of the preferences page. The policy URL is set by your admin in Interfaces Settings.

Saving Changes

Changes are tracked as you edit. A floating Save button appears when unsaved changes exist. Click it to save and close.
